Now, I would like to introduce one of the best restaurants in Sydney, which is “ Golden Century Seafood Restaurant”.

Baiyun Trotter
Baiyun Trotter is well-known as it is rich in resources and most importantly it has the taste of light, fresh, crispy and smooth mouth feeling. The way to cook it is to put the cooked forelegs of the pigs in the spring water for a day, and then cook them with vinegar, sugar and salt again, and it is done after soak it for hours. Moreover, it is known as Baiyun Trotter is because of the water they used iss from Baiyun Hill.

Sauteed Lobster with Ginger and Scallion
Although this dish is really really pricey, but T R U S T me !! it is really really worth to pay for it, share with friends or what. Trust me Sauteed Lobster with Ginger and Scallion is really delicious.


Roast Goose
Roast Goose is cooked after Five Spices is besmeared on it, put it into the boiling water the the cold one. 
Roast it after salt it. WAHHHH, the skin is crisp and the meat is fresh.
